A Minnesota community for people doing hard things

Nobody gets through the hard parts alone.

Let’s Fuel Growth builds the community people are actually missing. We put movement, honest conversation, and real challenge in the same room, then we keep showing up for each other after the event ends. Runs, Summits, and expeditions are how we get people in the door. What they stay for is each other.

Our story

Why we exist

Mental wellness is built. Not granted.

Most people do not struggle because they lack information. They struggle because they are carrying it quietly, on their own, surrounded by people who never ask.

Almost everyone is dealing with something. Anxiety that does not switch off. A loss nobody mentions anymore. Sobriety that has to be chosen again every single morning. Burnout dressed up as being busy. The information about all of it is free and everywhere. What is missing is a room where you can say it out loud and not be treated differently afterward.

That is what we build. We use movement and shared difficulty because they do something a support group cannot: they put people shoulder to shoulder, tired, honest, and equal. Recovery is where we started and it remains a core pillar. The community we built turned out to be bigger than that, and everyone is welcome in it.

The measure of whether it worked is not the finish line. It is the text message three weeks later, the training partner, the person who now has somewhere to go on a bad Tuesday.

The part nobody photographs

The event is the excuse. The hour afterwards is the point.

Cold water, a hard mile, a long climb. They all do the same thing. They put
strangers in one place with their guard down, and then somebody says the true
thing out loud and finds out they are not the only one.

Who this is for

You do not have to be an athlete. Or in recovery. Or okay.

If any of these is you, you already belong here.

01 / The one everyone leans on

You are the person everyone else leans on, and you have nowhere to put your own weight.

02 / Sober, or getting there

You are sober, or working on it, and you are tired of every social plan revolving around drinking.

03 / Fine on the outside

You are functioning fine on the outside and running on empty on the inside.

04 / Starting over

You moved, changed jobs, got divorced, got clean, and your circle did not survive it.

05 / Ready for something hard

You want to do something genuinely hard again, with people who will not let you quit.

06 / Doing well, want to be useful

You are doing well, and you want to be useful to someone who is not.

How people join

Three ways in. One community.

No single event is the point. These are three doors into the same community, at three levels of commitment. Walk in through whichever one you can handle today.

01 / Local events

Show up. Sweat. Belong.

From 5K runs and triathlons to pickleball tournaments, cold plunges, sauna sessions, and bike rides. Local events are the front door. You challenge yourself, you contribute to a cause greater than yourself, and you find your people on the way.

02 / Fuel Growth Summits

One day. Four dimensions.

Our signature one-day, immersive labs. Movement, contrast therapy, wood-fired meals, mindset workshops, and fireside “Share Your Everest” storytelling. Mental, physical, emotional, spiritual. Designed to interrupt autopilot and reset the people in the room.

03 / Seven Summits expeditions

Climb something real.

Expedition-style treks led by Elite Exped and our team. Everest Base Camp 2027 is the first in the Seven Summits series. Physically challenging, spiritually enriching, mentally empowering. Nature is the ultimate healer, and every step is a step toward yourself.

A one-day reset for the people doing the pouring.

Our Fuel Growth Summits are built for leaders, founders, athletes, creatives, caregivers, and recovery warriors. People who spend most of their time pouring into others. One day. Snowshoe or hike. Sauna and cold plunge. A Mediterranean wood-fired meal. Mindset work. Sound bath. Fireside storytelling. You leave with tools that work when life gets loud again.

The first Summit was electric. People stayed by the fire well past midnight because nobody wanted to leave. The next Summit is being scheduled now.

Every one of these exists to do the same thing: put people together and keep them together.

Where the money actually goes

Three pillars your dollar funds.

We are open to anyone working on their mental wellness. Our funded programming is aimed at the people with the least access to it: individuals in recovery and the centers that support them.

01

Empowering recovery through education

We promote resilience by teaching life skills and leadership lessons to individuals in recovery.

02

Fostering hope and resilience

We provide targeted support and resources to individuals in recovery, fostering their journey toward healing.

03

Building stronger communities

We support individuals in recovery by funding essential services and promoting empowerment and inclusion.

Summit Scholarships

No one should be priced out of their breakthrough.

Summit Scholarships fund recovery centers and individuals in recovery to attend a Fuel Growth Summit. We cover the registration. They bring the willingness. Sponsor a scholarship, sponsor a turning point.

From the founder

“The biggest thing we can offer people is community. A place where you don’t have to feel alone, and you don’t have to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.”
