Eligibility Requirements & Guidelines:

  1. Age & Passport: Entrants must be at least 18 years old and hold (or be able to obtain) a valid passport prior to travel.
  2. Physical Fitness Requirements: Entrants must meet foundational health and physical fitness requirements necessary for high-altitude trekking as defined by Elite Exped’s safety standards. A physical exam and clearance from a healthcare professional may be required.
  3. Content Guidelines: Videos must clearly address the three questions listed above and be posted publicly with the hashtag #FuelGrowthEverestGiveaway and tagged @LetsFuelGrowth.
Terms & Conditions:

The Everest Base Camp Scholarship Giveaway (“Giveaway”) hosted by Let’s Fuel Growth (“LFG”) runs from July 7 to August 1, 2025 (11:59 PM CT). Four (4) total winners will be selected based on alignment with LFG’s mission, clarity, and community involvement. Three winners will receive full trek packages without airfare, and one grand-prize winner will receive a full trek package plus round-trip economy airfare from a major continental-US airport (maximum airfare value: $2,000 USD, total grand-prize value capped at $5,000 USD). Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and must be claimed for the specified trek dates in April 2026 (confirmed April 1, 2026). Participants must satisfy all physical fitness and health requirements, which may include health screenings or medical clearances. LFG and Elite Exped reserve the right to determine participant eligibility based on these health and safety requirements. The Giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, participants consent to their videos and images being publicly shared for promotional purposes. LFG reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at its discretion.
