Our first-ever Let’s Fuel Growth Summit was nothing short of electric. People showed up, pushed themselves, shared their “Everests,” and stayed by the fire until well past midnight because nobody wanted to leave.

On February 22, 2026, we’re continuing that momentum.

The Fuel Growth Winter Summit is a one‑day lakeside experience built to help you shake off the winter fog, reconnect your body, mind, and purpose, and plug into a community of people who are climbing their own mountains.

Set at the stunning Sauna Camps on Lake Independence, this is not your average conference. It is a live, immersive lab for mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth.

This summit is designed for people who recognize themselves in any of the following:

  • You are a leader, founder, athlete, creative, or caregiver who spends much of your time pouring into others.
  • You are in recovery, adjacent to recovery, or committed to mental wellness and intentional living.
  • You are craving time away from the noise to reset your nervous system and reconnect with what actually matters.
  • You are curious about using movement, challenge, and community as fuel for personal growth.
  • You are interested in what Let’s Fuel Growth is building next, including our Everest Base Camp expedition in May 2026.
  • You do not need to be in perfect shape or at a specific stage in life. You only need a willingness to show up, lace up, and lean in.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Over the course of the day, you will move, breathe, learn, and connect in ways that wake up every part of you.

Snowshoe Hike in the Northwoods
A guided snowshoe hike through the winter woods to start the day. This is not a race. It is about presence, resilience, and discovering what you are capable of when you keep moving forward.

Contrast Therapy with Sauna Camps
Guided sauna and cold‑plunge sessions designed to reset the nervous system, support recovery, and bring you back into your body.


Mediterranean Wood‑Fired Feast
A Mediterranean‑inspired, wood‑fired meal with time at the table to connect, reflect, and share stories.


Mindset & Resilience Workshops
Interactive sessions focused on reframing your personal “Everest,” building mental resilience, and exploring how discomfort can lead to meaningful growth.


Epic Community & Connection
Small‑group circles and fireside conversations with people who are open‑hearted, growth‑minded, and walking similar paths.

8:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Arrival, check-in, coffee and light breakfast.

8:30 AM – 8:45 AM
Opening circle and intention-setting.

8:45 AM – 12:15 PM
Guided snowshoe trek (3+ hours). This is the foundation of the day: steady movement, time in nature, and meaningful conversation side-by-side.

12:15 PM – 1:00 PM
Lunch and warm reset at Sauna Camps.

1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Speaker sessions and mindset work. Short talks, practical tools, and real takeaways you can use long after the Summit.

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Reiki session (60 minutes) to help downshift the nervous system and integrate the day.

3:30 PM – 4:15 PM
Sound bath (45 minutes) for deep recovery and clarity.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Guided sauna and cold-plunge contrast therapy. Rotate through heat, cold and breath with support from Sauna Camps.

6:15 PM – 7:30 PM
Dinner and connection.

8:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Fireside “Share Your Everest” storytelling. Honest conversation about what you’re climbing, what you’re carrying, and what you want next.

9:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Closing circle and next steps.
