- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu; transfer to hotel, orientation, and welcome dinner.
- Day 2: Preparation in Kathmandu; gear checks, permits, and briefing.
- Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2,846m), trek to Phakding.
- Days 4–6: Trek through Namche Bazaar (3,440m) and Tengboche (3,860m), exploring local villages and monasteries.
- Days 7–8: Acclimatization days at Dingboche (4,410m); hikes to Nagarjun Hill and nearby viewpoints.
- Day 9: Trek to Chhukung (4,730m); preparation and rest.
- Day 10: Climb to Island Peak Base Camp (5,200m); final training in technical skills and acclimatization.
- Day 11: Summit day—early morning ascent to Island Peak summit (6,189m), spectacular Himalayan views, descend to Chhukung.
- Days 12–15: Return trek via Tengboche, Namche Bazaar, and Lukla.
